THE ROSE-WATER FRUIT-ORBS
(Our Play on Plum Dumplings with a Floral Twist)
Ingredients: 500g Potatoes (mashed), 200g Flour, 1 Egg, 10 Plums (pitted), 1 tsp Cardamom, 2 tsp Rose water, 100g Breadcrumbs, 100g Sugar, 50g Butter...

- 500g Potatoes (mashed)
- 200g Flour
- 1 Egg
- 10 Plums (pitted)
- 1 tsp Cardamom
- 2 tsp Rose water
- 100g Breadcrumbs
- 100g Sugar
- 50g Butter
Cooking Method
- The Build Knead potato dough; wrap a piece around each plum stuffed with cardamom.
- The Boil Simmer in water until they float; drain.
- The Architect Fry breadcrumbs in butter until charred; add sugar.
- The Bloom Add rose water to the pan with a 10ml splash of warm milk; the steam will release the flower oils.
- The Marriage Toss the boiled orbs in the sweet rose-crunch.
- The Final Flourish Serve warm with raw honey and a final pinch of raw cardamom.
