  • 4 sheets Phyllo
  • 100g Butter
  • 300g Ricotta
  • 100g Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Rose water
  • 1 tsp Cardamom
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Cooking Method

  1. The Bloom Whisk spices and rose water into the cheese; add a tiny 5ml splash of warm milk.
  2. The Build Fold cheese-silk into phyllo triangles brushed with butter.
  3. The Scorch Roast at 200°C until rock-hard golden charred.
  4. The Final Flourish Drizzle with raw honey and raw pistachios.
