- 4 sheets Phyllo
- 100g Butter
- 300g Ricotta
- 100g Sugar
- 2 tbsp Rose water
- 1 tsp Cardamom
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk spices and rose water into the cheese; add a tiny 5ml splash of warm milk.
- The Build Fold cheese-silk into phyllo triangles brushed with butter.
- The Scorch Roast at 200°C until rock-hard golden charred.
- The Final Flourish Drizzle with raw honey and raw pistachios.
