- 1L Whole milk
- 100g Semolina
- 100g Sugar
- 50g Butter
- 1 tsp Cardamom
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Rose water
- Cocoa powder
- Ground Cinnamon
Cooking Method
- The Swell Bring milk and sugar to a simmer.
- The Bloom Add cardamom and vanilla to the hot milk; the heat will release the floral oils.
- The Silk Merge Slowly whisk in semolina; cook on low heat until it forms a thick, creamy cloud.
- The Marriage Stir in butter and rose water off the heat; the fat will lacquer the grains.
- The Final Flourish Top with a raw dust of cocoa and cinnamon in a pattern.
