Ingredients
- 4 Large Apples (peeled and cored)
- 500ml Water
- 200g Sugar
- 2 tbsp Rose water
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 3 Cloves
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Cooking Method
- The Swell Boil water and sugar with cinnamon and cloves until it forms a thin syrup.
- The Bloom Add rose water and vanilla to the boiling liquid; the heat will release the floral perfume.
- The Marriage Add apples; simmer covered for 15 minutes until tender but with architecture.
- The Silk Merge Remove apples; boil the liquid until it reduces to a thick rose-silk syrup.
- The Final Flourish Serve with raw crushed walnuts and extra raw syrup.
