(Our Play on Shrimp Quesadillas)

Ingredients
- 400g King prawns (halved)
- 200g Monterey Jack (grated)
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp Cumin
- 1 Jalapeño (minced)
- 4 Flour tortillas
Cooking Method
- The Scorch High-heat stir-fry prawns and jalapeño in 1 tbsp oil for 2 minutes.
- The Bloom Add spices and a 15ml splash of lime juice; toss until the prawns are red and dry-coated.
- The Build Layer prawns and cheese on a tortilla; fold in half.
- The Scorch Fry in a dry pan until the tortilla is charred and the cheese is a molten lava.
- The Final Flourish Top with fresh raw salsa and sour cream.
