Ingredients

  • 400g King prawns (halved)
  • 200g Monterey Jack (grated)
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Cumin
  • 1 Jalapeño (minced)
  • 4 Flour tortillas

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch High-heat stir-fry prawns and jalapeño in 1 tbsp oil for 2 minutes.
  2. The Bloom Add spices and a 15ml splash of lime juice; toss until the prawns are red and dry-coated.
  3. The Build Layer prawns and cheese on a tortilla; fold in half.
  4. The Scorch Fry in a dry pan until the tortilla is charred and the cheese is a molten lava.
  5. The Final Flourish Top with fresh raw salsa and sour cream.
