Ingredients: 4 thick slices Stale Rustic Bread, 300ml Red Wine, 50ml Water, 50g Sugar, 1 Cinnamon stick, 2 Cloves, 1 tsp Honey...

- 4 thick slices Stale Rustic Bread
- 300ml Red Wine
- 50ml Water
- 50g Sugar
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 2 Cloves
- 1 tsp Honey
Cooking Method
- The Swell Bring wine, water, and sugar to a simmer until the sugar vanishes.
- The Bloom Add cinnamon and cloves; simmer for 3 minutes to release the woody aromatics.
- The Marriage Dip the stale bread slices into the boiling spiced wine for 30 seconds each.
- The Swell Merge Place bread in a bowl and pour the remaining red-silk over them.
- The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of raw orange zest and a sprinkle of sugar.
