Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk chicken, salsa, and spices with a tiny 10ml splash of water to loosen the red silk.
- The Build Layer the chicken and cheese on a tortilla; fold in half.
- The Scorch Fry in a dry pan until the tortilla is charred and the cheese is melting.
- The Final Flourish Serve with raw sour cream and extra salsa.
