- 400g Refried black beans
- 200ml Veg stock
- 1 tsp Chipotle paste
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 4 Eggs (scrambled softly)
- 6 Corn tortillas
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk beans, chipotle, and cumin with a 40ml splash of stock in a pan until bubbling.
- The Silk Merge Gradually whisk in remaining stock until the beans form a thick, glossy silk.
- The Marriage Dip each tortilla into the bean silk; fill with scrambled eggs and roll onto a plate.
- The Swell Drown the rolls in the remaining hot bean silk.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh jalapeños, feta, and a drizzle of raw olive oil.
