Cooking Method
- The Bloom Pour the salsa into a wide pan; add a 30ml splash of water to loosen the spice.
- The Swell Add the black beans and cumin; simmer for 5 minutes until bubbling.
- The Marriage Make 4 wells in the sauce; crack an egg into each. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes until eggs are set.
- The Final Flourish Finish with raw avocado, feta, and a massive hit of fresh coriander.
