Ingredients: 500g Beef mince, 1 tbsp Chili powder, 1 tsp Cumin, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 200g Cooked Rice, 100g Black beans, 100ml Tomato passata, 1 Onion (diced), 1 Bell pepper (diced)...

Ingredients

  • 500g Beef mince
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 200g Cooked Rice
  • 100g Black beans
  • 100ml Tomato passata
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • 1 Bell pepper (diced)

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Fry beef, onions, and peppers until browned and fat renders.
  2. The Bloom Add spices and passata with a 30ml splash of stock; fry until the oil turns red.
  3. The Marriage Fold in the rice and beans; simmer for 5 minutes until it forms a thick, dryish pulp.
  4. The Assembly Use as a filling for large tortillas.
  5. The Final Flourish Serve with raw sour cream and a massive hit of salsa.
