- 500g Beef mince
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 200g Cooked Rice
- 100g Black beans
- 100ml Tomato passata
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 1 Bell pepper (diced)
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry beef, onions, and peppers until browned and fat renders.
- The Bloom Add spices and passata with a 30ml splash of stock; fry until the oil turns red.
- The Marriage Fold in the rice and beans; simmer for 5 minutes until it forms a thick, dryish pulp.
- The Assembly Use as a filling for large tortillas.
- The Final Flourish Serve with raw sour cream and a massive hit of salsa.
