(Our Play on Ground Beef Enchiladas)

- 500g Beef mince
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Enchilada Sauce
- 150g Cheddar (grated)
- 8 Corn tortillas
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry beef and spices on max heat until browned and the fat renders.
- The Bloom Add a 30ml splash of enchilada sauce to the beef; the heat will carry the spice into the fibers.
- The Build Roll the spiced beef into tortillas; arrange in a baking dish.
- The Swell Drown in the remaining red silk sauce and cover with cheese.
- The Bake Roast at 200°C for 15 minutes until the top is a bubbling charred gold.
