- 600g Beef chunks (2cm)
- 4 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Red curry paste
- 400ml Coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
Cooking Method
- The Sear Fry beef in a pot until browned; remove and set aside.
- The Architect Sauté onions and ginger until golden and sweet.
- The Bloom Add curry paste and peanut butter with a 30ml splash of water; fry until the oil rises.
- The Simmer Add beef and coconut milk; simmer covered for 40 minutes until tender.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime and crushed peanuts.
