- 400g Chicken breast (thin strips)
- 3 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 Lime (juiced)
Cooking Method
- The Coat Whisk peanut butter, soy, turmeric, and lime with a tiny splash of water; coat the chicken strips.
- The Scorch Thread onto skewers; grill at 220°C for 4 minutes per side until charred and bubbly.
- The Finish Serve with extra lime and fresh cucumber chunks.
