(Our Play on Indonesian Satay Prawns)

- 400g King Prawns (cleaned)
- 3 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 Lime (juiced)
Cooking Method
- The Coat Whisk peanut butter, soy, chili, and architect with a 20ml splash of water; coat prawns.
- The Scorch Thread onto skewers; grill at 220°C for 3 minutes per side until charred and pink.
- The Finish Serve with fresh cucumber chunks and a final squeeze of lime.
