Ingredients: 400g White fish (chunks), 400ml Coconut milk, 2 tbsp Red curry paste, 100g Green beans, 1 Red bell pepper, Fresh Basil, Lime juice...

Ingredients

  • 400g White fish (chunks)
  • 400ml Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Red curry paste
  • 100g Green beans
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • Fresh Basil
  • Lime juice

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Fry curry paste in oil until fragrant.
  2. The Bloom Add a 30ml splash of coconut milk; stir until red oil separates on top.
  3. The Swell Add the rest of the milk and veg; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. The Marriage Gently slide in the fish chunks; cook for 5 minutes until opaque.
  5. The Finish Stir in fresh basil and lime juice right before serving.
