Ingredients
- 400g White fish (chunks)
- 400ml Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp Red curry paste
- 100g Green beans
- 1 Red bell pepper
- Fresh Basil
- Lime juice
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry curry paste in oil until fragrant.
- The Bloom Add a 30ml splash of coconut milk; stir until red oil separates on top.
- The Swell Add the rest of the milk and veg; simmer for 5 minutes.
- The Marriage Gently slide in the fish chunks; cook for 5 minutes until opaque.
- The Finish Stir in fresh basil and lime juice right before serving.
