(Our Play on Korean Fried Cauliflower)

Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower (tiny florets)
- 4 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Gochujang
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- Black sesame seeds
- Fresh Spring onions
Cooking Method
- The Coat Toss florets in egg and cornflour until fully white; fry until rock-hard and crispy.
- The Bloom In a fresh pan, boil the gochujang, honey, and soy with a 40ml splash of water until it bubbles into a red lava.
- The Marriage Toss the crispy cauliflower in the fire until every side is stained red and sticky.
- The Finish Top with sesame seeds for a final textured hit.
