Ingredients
- 500g Beef steak (thin slices)
- 1 Large onion (sliced)
- 2 Jalapeños (sliced)
- 2 Large tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 50ml Beef stock
- 1 tbsp Tomato purée
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Sear steak strips on maximum heat until browned; remove.
- The Architect Fry onions, jalapeños, and tomatoes in the pan until charred and soft.
- The Bloom Add spices and tomato purée with a 30ml splash of stock; fry until a thick sauce forms.
- The Marriage Return the beef to the pan; simmer for 3 minutes until the sauce lacquers the meat.
- The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of raw fresh coriander.
