- 600g Pork belly (strips)
- 1 tbsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 100ml Rakija or Brandy
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Wine vinegar
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry pork belly in its own fat on medium heat for 20 minutes until the skin is rock-hard crispy.
- The Bloom Whisk Rakija, honey, vinegar, and spices with a tiny 20ml splash of water; boil in the pan until it forms a thick red syrup.
- The Marriage Toss the pork in the hot silk for 2 minutes until every fiber is lacquered.
- The Final Flourish Serve with raw green onions to cut the intense fat.
