THE POMEGRANATE RED CRUSH
(Our Play on Shopska Salad with a Persian Twist)
Ingredients: 3 Tomatoes, 1 Cucumber, 1 Red onion, 2 Green peppers, 1 tsp Sumac, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Black pepper, 2 tbsp Pomegranate molasses, 3 tbsp Olive oil, 100g Feta (grated)...

- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Red onion
- 2 Green peppers
- 1 tsp Sumac
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Pomegranate molasses
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 100g Feta (grated)
Cooking Method
- The Architect Dice all vegetables into uniform 1cm cubes; combine in a bowl.
- The Bloom Whisk pomegranate molasses, oil, and spices with a tiny 5ml splash of warm water to release the tart sumac oils.
- The Marriage Toss the veg in the spiced red silk; cover the top with a mountain of grated Feta.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw pomegranate arils and fresh raw mint matchsticks.
