Ingredients: 1kg Pork spare ribs, 2 tbsp Piri-Piri paste, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Salt, 50ml Red wine vinegar, 2 tbsp Honey, 50ml Olive oil...

Ingredients

  • 1kg Pork spare ribs
  • 2 tbsp Piri-Piri paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 50ml Red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 50ml Olive oil

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Roast ribs at 200°C for 25 minutes until browned.
  2. The Bloom Whisk piri-piri, vinegar, honey, and oil with a 30ml splash of water; boil for 2 minutes to form a thick lava.
  3. The Marriage Paint the ribs heavily with the fire-silk; return to oven at 230°C.
  4. The Scorch Merge Roast for 15 minutes, basting often until the ribs are blackened and sticky.
  5. The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh coriander and extra piri-piri flakes.
