THE PIRI-PIRI FLOWER-SCORCH
(Our Play on Spicy Roasted Cauliflower)

Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower (florets)
- 1 tbsp Piri-Piri flakes
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Cooking Method
- The Coat Toss cauliflower with oil and dry spices in a tray.
- The Bloom Whisk honey and lemon juice; add a tiny 10ml splash of water; pour over the flower.
- The Scorch Roast at 220°C for 20 minutes until the tips are blackened and charred.
- The Marriage The honey will form a sticky, fiery red lacquer on the florets.
- The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of raw fresh coriander matchsticks.
