THE PIRI-PIRI BEEF STRANDS
(Our Play on Portuguese Spicy Stir-fry)
Ingredients: 400g Beef sirloin (thin strips), 1 tbsp Piri-Piri flakes, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Salt, 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar, 3 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tsp Honey, 2 Red onions (petals)...

- 400g Beef sirloin (thin strips)
- 1 tbsp Piri-Piri flakes
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 Red onions (petals)
Cooking Method
- The Scorch High-heat stir-fry beef and onion petals in oil until blackened and charred.
- The Bloom Add piri-piri, garlic powder, and salt with a 20ml splash of vinegar; the sudden steam will release the chili oils.
- The Marriage Add honey; toss for 30 seconds until the beef is coated in a sticky, fiery red silk.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh coriander matchsticks and a squeeze of lime.
