Ingredients: 400g White beans (canned/rinsed), 1 tbsp Piri-Piri flakes, 1 tsp Smoked paprika, 1 small onion (pureed), 2 cloves Garlic, 50ml Olive oil, 100ml Tomato passata, 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar...

Ingredients

  • 400g White beans (canned/rinsed)
  • 1 tbsp Piri-Piri flakes
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 small onion (pureed)
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 50ml Olive oil
  • 100ml Tomato passata
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar

Cooking Method

  1. The Architect Fry onion puree and garlic in oil until sweet and golden.
  2. The Bloom Add spices and vinegar with a 20ml splash of water; the sudden steam will release the fiery oils.
  3. The Marriage Add passata and beans; toss on high heat for 5 minutes until coated in the red fire-silk.
  4. The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw fresh coriander and extra raw olive oil.
