Ingredients: 500g Greek Yogurt, 100ml Cold Water, 2 Beetroots (roasted and finely grated), 1 Cucumber (diced), 4 cloves Garlic (minced), 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp White pepper, 2 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar, 50g Walnuts (crushed)...

Ingredients

  • 500g Greek Yogurt
  • 100ml Cold Water
  • 2 Beetroots (roasted and finely grated)
  • 1 Cucumber (diced)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 50g Walnuts (crushed)

Cooking Method

  1. The Bloom Whisk garlic, spices, and vinegar; add a 5ml splash of warm water to wake the allicin.
  2. The Silk Merge Whisk the spiced vinegar and oil into the yogurt until it turns a vibrant electric pink.
  3. The Marriage Fold in the grated beetroot and cucumber.
  4. The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh dill and a mountain of crushed walnuts.
