(Our Play on Tarator with Beetroot)
Ingredients: 500g Greek Yogurt, 100ml Cold Water, 2 Beetroots (roasted and finely grated), 1 Cucumber (diced), 4 cloves Garlic (minced), 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp White pepper, 2 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar, 50g Walnuts (crushed)...
Ingredients
- 500g Greek Yogurt
- 100ml Cold Water
- 2 Beetroots (roasted and finely grated)
- 1 Cucumber (diced)
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 50g Walnuts (crushed)
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk garlic, spices, and vinegar; add a 5ml splash of warm water to wake the allicin.
- The Silk Merge Whisk the spiced vinegar and oil into the yogurt until it turns a vibrant electric pink.
- The Marriage Fold in the grated beetroot and cucumber.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh dill and a mountain of crushed walnuts.
