(Our Play on Achari Paneer)
Ingredients: 400g Paneer (cubed), 2 tbsp Mixed Indian pickle, 1 tbsp Tamarind paste, 1 tsp Mustard seeds, 1 tsp Fennel seeds, 1 tsp Nigella seeds, 1 Red onion (finely diced), 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste...
Ingredients
- 400g Paneer (cubed)
- 2 tbsp Mixed Indian pickle
- 1 tbsp Tamarind paste
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Fennel seeds
- 1 tsp Nigella seeds
- 1 Red onion (finely diced)
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
Cooking Method
- The Temper Sizzle seeds in oil until they pop.
- The Architect Add onions and ginger-garlic; fry until golden.
- The Bloom Add pickle and a splash of water; stir into a dark, spicy paste.
- The Marriage Toss in paneer; stir-fry for 5 minutes until coated and heated through.
- The Finish Garnish with fresh green chilies.
