- 400g King prawns (cleaned)
- 3 tbsp Malt vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 10 Dried red chilies (ground)
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 2 Red onions (finely diced)
Cooking Method
- The Tang Grind chilies and spices with vinegar into a smooth, fiery paste.
- The Architect Sauté onions for 10 minutes until they are jammy and dark.
- The Bloom Add the vinegar paste and a splash of water; fry until the oil rises.
- The Marriage Toss in prawns; cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and fully coated in the pickle.
- The Finish Let sit for 5 minutes before serving for the flavors to deepen.
