Ingredients
- 4 Hard-boiled eggs (peeled)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1 Red onion (finely diced)
- 100g Tomato passata
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Sear the whole boiled eggs in a tiny bit of turmeric and oil until the skin is bubbly.
- The Architect In a fresh pan, sauté onions until golden brown.
- The Bloom Add spices and a 20ml splash of water to form an aromatic paste.
- The Simmer Add passata and eggs; simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce grips the eggs.
- The Final Flourish Garnish with a handful of coriander and fresh green chilies.
