- 100g Carrot
- 200ml Coconut milk
- 50g Cashew paste
- 1 tsp Fennel seeds
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Turmeric
Cooking Method
- The Temper Sizzle fennel seeds in oil; add diced onions and sauté until soft.
- The Bloom Add spices and a splash of water to form a fragrant yellow paste.
- The Simmer Add veg, coconut milk, and cashew paste; simmer for 10 minutes until tender.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a squeeze of lime and serve hot.
