- 2 tsp Chili flakes

Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry the onion and salami in oil until the salami is crispy and fat renders.
- The Bloom Add chili and pepper with a tiny 15ml splash of water to release the spicy oils.
- The Marriage Pour in the eggs and cheeses; cook on medium-low for 5 minutes without stirring.
- The Char Place under a hot grill for 3 minutes until the top is a charred, bubbling gold.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh oregano and a drizzle of raw chili oil.
