Cooking Method
- The Architect Heat the tuna oil in a pan; sauté garlic and onions until soft.
- The Umami Melt Add anchovies; stir until they dissolve into a savory foundation.
- The Bloom Add the tuna, pepper, and chili with a 30ml splash of pasta water to bloom the spices into a dark silk.
- The Marriage Toss with hot linguine until every strand is coated in the umami fire.
- The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of raw parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
