- 400g King prawns (cleaned)
- 2 tsp Black peppercorns (crushed)
- 10 Curry leaves
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
Cooking Method
- The Architect Sauté finely diced onions until deep golden brown.
- The Bloom Add spices and a 20ml splash of water to form a dark, peppery paste.
- The Marriage Add prawns and curry leaves; stir-fry on high heat for 4 minutes until pink and crusted.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
