Ingredients
- 500g Potatoes (cut into thin chips)
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Wine vinegar
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry chips in oil until rock-hard and golden; drain.
- The Bloom Toss hot chips in a bowl with spices and a tiny 5ml splash of vinegar; the reaction will help the paprika stain the starch.
- The Marriage The moisture will bloom the garlic and smoke oils into the potato crust.
- The Final Flourish Finish with extra raw salt and a massive hit of raw parsley.
