Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Peanut butter (smooth)
- 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
Cooking Method
- The Mix Combine all ingredients in a small pot over low heat.
- The Bloom Add a 40ml splash of warm water; whisk constantly as it heats to release the nutty oils.
- The Silk Merge Stir until the sauce is thick, glossy, and falls in a ribbon from the spoon.
- The Finish Top with crushed roasted peanuts and serve at room temperature.
