- 100g Greek yogurt

Cooking Method
- The Architect Fry the onions in ghee until they are deep golden brown; set half aside for garnishing.
- The Bloom Add marinated chicken and spices to the pan; stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- The Layer Spread the washed rice over the chicken.
- The Steam Add 600ml water, cover with a tight lid, and simmer on the lowest setting for 15 minutes—no peeking!.
- The Finish Fluff with a fork and top with the fried onions and fresh mint.
