- 500g Salt Cod loin (soaked and desalinated)

Cooking Method
- The Swell Boil potatoes until tender; drain and 'punch' to crack the skins.
- The Scorch Place cod, potatoes, onions, and garlic in a deep tray.
- The Bloom Whisk the oil and pepper with a tiny 10ml splash of water; pour the entire amount over the cod.
- The Bake Roast at 210°C for 25 minutes; the oil will poach the fish while the garlic chars.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh parsley and a heavy drizzle of the pan oil.
