- 4 Poblano peppers (charred and peeled)
- 400g Beef mince
- 1 tbsp Raisins
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 100g Walnuts
- 100g Cream cheese
- 50ml Milk
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry mince with raisins until browned; add cinnamon and pepper with a 20ml splash of water.
- The Build Stuff the meat into the charred peppers.
- The Bloom Blitz walnuts, cheese, and milk with a tiny pinch of salt to form a thick, pale silk.
- The Marriage Pour the cold nutty silk over the warm stuffed peppers.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw pomegranate seeds and fresh raw parsley for the national colors.
