Ingredients

  • 4 Poblano peppers (charred and peeled)
  • 400g Beef mince
  • 1 tbsp Raisins
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 100g Walnuts
  • 100g Cream cheese
  • 50ml Milk

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Fry mince with raisins until browned; add cinnamon and pepper with a 20ml splash of water.
  2. The Build Stuff the meat into the charred peppers.
  3. The Bloom Blitz walnuts, cheese, and milk with a tiny pinch of salt to form a thick, pale silk.
  4. The Marriage Pour the cold nutty silk over the warm stuffed peppers.
  5. The Final Flourish Top with raw pomegranate seeds and fresh raw parsley for the national colors.
