- 200g Flat rice noodles (soaked)
- 250g Chicken breast (strips)
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Tamarind paste
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 2 tbsp Palm sugar
- 2 Red onions (diced)
- 20g Garlic paste
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry chicken until golden; push aside and scramble eggs in the same pan.
- The Architect Add onions and garlic; sauté until the sugars have released.
- The Bloom Add the tangy silk mix and a 30ml splash of water to form a bubbling orange syrup.
- The Marriage Toss the noodles into the syrup until they turn translucent and sticky.
- The Finish Top with crushed peanuts, fresh bean sprouts, and lime.
