(Our Play on Malaysian Beef Satay)
Ingredients: 400g Beef steak (thin strips), 3 tbsp Peanut butter, 1 tbsp Soy sauce, 1 tsp Turmeric, 1 tbsp Lemongrass paste, 1 tbsp Ginger paste, Fresh Lime, Crushed Peanuts...

- 400g Beef steak (thin strips)
- 3 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Lemongrass paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- Fresh Lime
- Crushed Peanuts
Cooking Method
- The Coat Whisk peanut butter, soy, turmeric, and architect with a 25ml splash of water; coat beef.
- The Rest Chill for 1 hour to let the spices penetrate the meat fibers.
- The Scorch Thread onto skewers; grill at 220°C for 3 minutes per side until charred and smoky.
- The Finish Drizzle with extra lime and serve with raw onion chunks.
