Ingredients: 2 Whole Trout (cleaned), 50g Flaked almonds, 50g Butter, 1 Lemon (juiced), 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Dried Oregano, 1 tsp Salt, 2 cloves Garlic (minced)...

  • 2 Whole Trout (cleaned)
  • 50g Flaked almonds
  • 50g Butter
  • 1 Lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Grill trout on maximum heat until the skin is blackened and rock-hard; remove.
  2. The Architect Melt butter in a small pan; add almonds and fry until nutty and golden.
  3. The Bloom Add spices and garlic with a 20ml splash of lemon juice; the sudden sizzle will release the herb oils.
  4. The Marriage Drench the hot fish in the almond-lemon silk.
  5. The Final Flourish Top with massive hit of raw fresh parsley and extra lemon zest.
