(Our Play on Pesto Chicken)

- 400g Chicken breast (thin strips)
- 3 tbsp Basil Pesto
- 50ml Double cream
- 1 small red onion (diced)
- 20g Pine nuts
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp Salt
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Toast pine nuts in a dry pan until golden; remove.
- The Sear Fry chicken and onions on high heat until the edges are blackened and charred.
- The Bloom Add garlic powder and pesto with a 20ml splash of water to form a thick green glaze.
- The Silk Merge Stir in the cream; simmer for 3 minutes until the sauce is velvety.
- The Final Flourish Top with the toasted pine nuts and raw parmesan cheese.
