Ingredients
- 300g Fresh Spinach
- 3 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds (ground)
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Cooking Method
- The Wilt Blanch spinach in boiling water for 30 seconds; squeeze out all moisture and chop.
- The Bloom Whisk the ground sesame, soy, and sugar with a tiny 15ml splash of warm water to create a thick, fragrant paste.
- The Marriage Toss the cold spinach through the sesame silk until every leaf is coated.
- The Finish Serve as a cold, nutty contrast to hot grilled meats.
