Ingredients: 300g Fresh Spinach, 3 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds (ground), 1 tbsp Soy sauce, 1 tbsp Sugar...

Ingredients

  • 300g Fresh Spinach
  • 3 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds (ground)
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

Cooking Method

  1. The Wilt Blanch spinach in boiling water for 30 seconds; squeeze out all moisture and chop.
  2. The Bloom Whisk the ground sesame, soy, and sugar with a tiny 15ml splash of warm water to create a thick, fragrant paste.
  3. The Marriage Toss the cold spinach through the sesame silk until every leaf is coated.
  4. The Finish Serve as a cold, nutty contrast to hot grilled meats.
