- 30g Parmesan
- 100ml Whole milk

- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 200g Pansotti or Ravioli
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Toast walnuts in a dry pan until they smell like warm earth; remove half for crunch.
- The Bloom Blitz the remaining nuts, garlic, and cheese with a 30ml splash of warm milk to form a thick paste.
- The Silk Merge Slowly drizzle in the olive oil and remaining milk until the sauce is a thick, pale velvet.
- The Marriage Toss with hot pasta; add a spoonful of pasta water to help the nut-silk cling.
- The Final Flourish Top with the reserved crushed walnuts and raw fresh marjoram.
