  • 250g Flour
  • 100g Pecans (finely ground)
  • 200g Butter
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp Cardamom
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 100g Icing sugar

Cooking Method

  1. The Bloom Whisk the spices and vanilla with a tiny 10ml splash of milk; the liquid will swell the aromatics before mixing into the dough.
  2. The Build Knead flour, butter, nuts, and spiced milk into a firm dough; form into small spheres.
  3. The Bake Roast at 180°C for 15 minutes until light golden; let cool slightly.
  4. The Marriage Roll the warm cookies in icing sugar and extra cinnamon.
  5. The Final Flourish Top with a final dusting of raw cinnamon sugar.
