- 100g Pecans (finely ground)
- 200g Butter
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Cardamom
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 100g Icing sugar
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk the spices and vanilla with a tiny 10ml splash of milk; the liquid will swell the aromatics before mixing into the dough.
- The Build Knead flour, butter, nuts, and spiced milk into a firm dough; form into small spheres.
- The Bake Roast at 180°C for 15 minutes until light golden; let cool slightly.
- The Marriage Roll the warm cookies in icing sugar and extra cinnamon.
- The Final Flourish Top with a final dusting of raw cinnamon sugar.
