Ingredients: 2 Cans (800g total) Chickpeas, 1 Onion (diced), 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp Cumin powder, 1 tsp Amchur, 1 tsp Garam Masala, 150ml Tomato passata...

Ingredients

  • 2 Cans (800g total) Chickpeas
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Amchur
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 150ml Tomato passata

Cooking Method

  1. The Architect Sauté onion until golden brown.
  2. The Bloom Add dry spices and a splash of water; the mix should look quite dark.
  3. The Simmer Add tomatoes and chickpeas; simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. The Mash Crush a few chickpeas against the pot to release starch and thicken the sauce.
