- 50g Butter
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 100ml Sour cream
- 50ml Milk
Cooking Method
- The Wilt Sauté spinach in a dry pan until it collapses; squeeze out all water.
- The Architect Melt butter in the pan; sauté garlic until golden.
- The Bloom Add spices with a tiny 15ml splash of milk; the heat will release the woody nutmeg.
- The Silk Merge Stir in the sour cream and spinach; simmer for 3 minutes until it forms a thick emerald silk.
- The Final Flourish Top with a final rain of raw nutmeg and extra black pepper.
