Cooking Method
- The Coat Dip chicken in egg then cornflour; fry in batches until golden and crispy.
- The Bloom In a fresh pan, combine lemon juice, sugar, and turmeric with a splash of water; boil until syrupy.
- The Marriage Toss the crispy chicken into the neon glaze until every piece is sticky and yellow.
