THE MUSTARD-OIL SPUDS
(Our Play on Jeera Aloo - Mustard Edition)

Ingredients
- 500g Potatoes (boiled and cubed)
- 2 tbsp Mustard oil
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 0.5 tsp Black salt
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Heat mustard oil until it smokes, then cool slightly and sizzle the seeds.
- The Bloom Add dry spices and a tiny 15ml splash of water to turn the oil into a vibrant yellow glaze.
- The Marriage Toss in the potatoes; stir-fry on high heat until the edges are golden and crusted.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a handful of fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon.
