- 2 White fish fillets (Cod or Haddock)
- 2 tbsp Miso paste
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- Pickled ginger
- Nori strips
Cooking Method
- The Coat Whisk the miso, honey, and vinegar with a 15ml splash of water; paint the fish heavily.
- The Scorch Grill at 220°C for 8 minutes until the miso forms a dark, bubbling, charred crust.
- The Finish Serve immediately with pickled ginger and a hit of raw lemon.
