THE MISO-SILK BROTH
(Our Play on Miso Soup with Tofu)
Ingredients: 500ml Water, 1 tsp Dashi powder (or veg stock), 2 tbsp Miso paste, 100g Soft Tofu (tiny cubes), Dried seaweed (Wakame)...
Ingredients
- 500ml Water
- 1 tsp Dashi powder (or veg stock)
- 2 tbsp Miso paste
- 100g Soft Tofu (tiny cubes)
- Dried seaweed (Wakame)
Cooking Method
- The Swell Bring water and dashi to a gentle simmer; add seaweed and let it rehydrate.
- The Bloom Place miso paste in a small bowl; add a 30ml splash of the hot stock and whisk until smooth.
- The Marriage Pour the miso silk back into the pot; add tofu and heat gently—do not boil.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a handful of fresh spring onions.
