Ingredients: 800ml Chicken stock, 1 tbsp Soy sauce, 3 tbsp Miso paste, 1 tbsp Tahini, 200g Ramen noodles (boiled), Soft boiled egg, Nori seaweed...

Ingredients

  • 800ml Chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Miso paste
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 200g Ramen noodles (boiled)
  • Soft boiled egg
  • Nori seaweed

Cooking Method

  1. The Swell Bring stock and soy to a boil.
  2. The Bloom Whisk miso and tahini with a 50ml splash of the hot broth until it forms a thick cream; pour back in.
  3. The Assembly Divide noodles into bowls; pour the boiling miso silk over them.
  4. The Finish Top with a halved egg, seaweed, and a massive hit of raw spring onions.
