THE MISO-MIST BOWL
(Our Play on Simplified Miso Ramen)
Ingredients: 800ml Chicken stock, 1 tbsp Soy sauce, 3 tbsp Miso paste, 1 tbsp Tahini, 200g Ramen noodles (boiled), Soft boiled egg, Nori seaweed...
Ingredients
- 800ml Chicken stock
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Miso paste
- 1 tbsp Tahini
- 200g Ramen noodles (boiled)
- Soft boiled egg
- Nori seaweed
Cooking Method
- The Swell Bring stock and soy to a boil.
- The Bloom Whisk miso and tahini with a 50ml splash of the hot broth until it forms a thick cream; pour back in.
- The Assembly Divide noodles into bowls; pour the boiling miso silk over them.
- The Finish Top with a halved egg, seaweed, and a massive hit of raw spring onions.
